Do I have to pay tax or customs duties?

For shipments to a European Union country, there are NO customs duties to be paid.
For shipments to non-European Union countries customs duties might apply. Any applicable customs duties and fees are to be paid by you on arrival of the package. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.
In some instances there may be delays as Customs agency within the destination country may choose to withhold individual shipments as a random security/inspection measures. These delays can be between 4-6 weeks and up to 8 weeks in rare occasions.
